When you camp here in the Hole Station woods you have all the facilities for a comfortable stay.

 

The following are all included in your pitch fee:

 

• Phone charging

• Dog walking track - 3/4 mile traffic free, it'll wear you out if not your dog

• Parking 

• Plug point for hair dryers etc.

• Hot water washing up

• A ready erected shelter on every pitch, great as a kitchen shelter

• Recycle facilities

• Quick heat electric showers - booking system at busy times, so no queues

• Freezer for cool blocks

• Wash basins

• Parking

• Use of twin wheel mega barrows to get your gear to your pitch (distance varies from a few yards to 200) as there is no car access into the woods. The car park is private and there are loading/unloading points. If you suffer infirmity we can move your gear in and out with our atv.

• A bigger plus than you realise until you experience it - no cars on site which means no doors noisily slamming, no numpties driving 50 yards to the loo at 3am and no headlights shining in your tent at night

• Please note that our eco composting loos are not the standard flushing kind. For more detailed information please contact us. 

• We strongly recommend bringing a cool box to store food items outside of your tent during your stay. We have a determined squirrel population that have caused issues in the past with open food in tents.

• The Cafe - open daily 9am - 10:30am for breakfast.

• Camp fire kits - sacks of kiln dried logs, with firelighters and kindling included. Bringing your own logs not permitted,  There is absolutely no foraging allowed. 

• Fire pits - Reserve in the booking process or when you check in. No fire pit, no campfire. Safety.

• Grills - For cooking over your campfire. Reserve in the booking process or when you check in.
